- Assist in document management, including updating templates to comply with updated laws and global standards, formatting, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records of all contract versions, redlines, and document approvals. Provide training to other business units on CLM and legal processes as needed.
- Implement and refine contract management processes, using insights and data to streamline contract workflows, improve negotiation strategies, and enhance contract accuracy and compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Track versions and redlines and review final documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements and prepare regular reports on contract status, upcoming renewals, and compliance issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in contract management, legal support, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, agreement structures, corporate policies, and risk management principles in both domestic and global contexts. Proficiency in a CLM system, such as Ironclad, is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
